Taylor St. Little Italy Fest
aylor Street is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Chicago. From the late 1800s to about the 1950s, this area was a hub for Italian immigrants to settle and establish their families. It soon became Chicago’s “Official” Little Italy. Chicago’s Little Italy Fest-Taylor Street celebrates the great history of the neighborhood by celebrating the rich culture of the generations of Italians who settled there decades ago. Fabulous food from award-winning area restaurants, several stages of continuous family entertainment, quality merchandise from Italy and colorful cultural attractions make this event one of the most popular of the summer.
Fiesta Del Sol
One of the largest Latino fests in the Midwest returns to the heart of Pilsen, bringing a carnival, delicious food from local vendors and a lineup of traditional music to the neighborhood's streets. The four-day event takes place along a stretch of Cermak Road (between Ashalnd and Morgan) and can draw as many at one million people every year—we recommend showing up early before the crowds stream in during the evening.
Jeff Fest
Party hard! Or, at the very least, get down to great tunes, tasty foods, family fun and more at the 23rd annual summer happening that is Jeff Fest (aka Jefferson Park Arts & Music Festival).
Stars N’ Stripes Fest
Stars N’ Stripes Fest, the Cary Park District’s newest fest will be held Friday, June 28 at Cary-Grove Park. Cary-Grove Park is located on Three Oaks Road at First Street.
